Pillage the Mountain West, plunder Boise St, and throw in a couple of C-USA teams.



Old schools stay:
Oklahoma
Oklahoma State
Texas
Texas A&M
Texas Tech
Baylor
Kansas
Kansas State
Iowa State
Missouri (if they don't leave to big 10)

Add schools:
TCU
Utah
BYU
Boise State
Houston
SMU or Air Force

Not a perfect geographical split...but its a suggestion. You add four football studs (TCU, Utah, BYU, Boise St). And you bring in even more Houston and DFW viewers. Even if Mizz bolts to big ten just add another MWC team. Conference keeps KU basketball. Screw the Pac 10 & SEC.
